Delta Battery Family Readiness Support Group

1st Battalion, 5th Field Artillery, Delta Battery was deployed to Iraq in October 2006.  1/5 FA, Delta Battery is a member of the 1st Infantry Division's 1st Brigade Combat Team.

They have arrived at two camps in the Sunni Triangle,  Camp Anaconda and Camp Speicher.  The main base, Camp Anaconda is located just north of Baghdad.  The other base, Camp Speicher is located just south of Samarra, Iraq.

To support our deployed soldiers and their families, we have decided to create this simple web site.  We will be glad to try and provide whatever services we can via this web site.  If you have some suggestions, just drop us an email to HTC Systems.

If you would like to support our soldiers in Iraq, please send an email to Delta Battery, 1/5 FA Family Readiness Group.  The Family Readiness Group sends everything you can imagine to help our soldiers, and they could use just about anything you are willing to donate.  Thanks in advance.

Please check out the new Battalion Message forums.  Families and soldiers can leave messages and have discussions.

We are dead serious about this.
